W:   The meeting that I will refer to later, it was all British, and some of them are very well known characters who people in the United Kingdom will recognize immediately.
Those who are international who might read this might have to do bit of research on them.   But they are national figures, some of them.
B:   Are they political figures?   Or are they figures in the "noble classes", so to speak?
W:   Yes, there is a bit of aristocracy there, and some of them come from quite aristocratic backgrounds.
There's one who I identified at that meeting who is a senior politician.
Two others were senior figures from the police, and one from the military.
Both are known nationally and both are key figures in advising the present government — at this present time.

"I have had all I can stand"
If you're reading this, you're no doubt asking yourself, "Why did this have to happen?
The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time.
The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn't enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken.
Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it.
I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless... especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head.
Exactly what is therapeutic about that I'm not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Israelis jailed for six months on passport fraud charge

Two Israeli men believed to be agents of the Israeli secret service Mossad have each been sentenced in the Auckland High Court to six months prison on passport fraud charges.
Eli Cara and Uriel Zoshe Kelman in court. Lawyers for Uriel Zoshe Kelman, 30, and Eli Cara, 50, denied claims the men had any link to Mossad. Sentencing took two and a half hours. Both men were filmed in court but Kelman held his hand over his face the whole time.   He kept his face covered when entering and leaving court on all previous occasions. Both mean pleaded guilty ealier this month to charges of attempting to illegally gain a New Zealand passport. They were arrested in March after they tried to collect a passport in the name of a wheelchair-bound cerebral palsy victim. Two other men thought to be involved in the crime are still on the loose. One has been named as Zev William Barkan, 36, but police do not know the identity of the fourth man.

Cara, who had been staying at Auckland's President Plaza hotel since the Herald broke the spy scandal in April, turned up at court earlier this month wearing a dark suit, white shirt and blue tie.   Kelman wore a balaclava to court to hide his face.   A tall, slim man with freckles, short red hair and glasses in April, he had dramatically changed his appearance.
Department of Internal Affairs officer, Ian Tingey, became suspicious about a passport application made in the victim's name after a phone call from a well-spoken man who claimed to be the applicant and was seeking to speed up the process.
The caller faxed through a travel itinerary and ticketing information to help the process.   But Mr Tingey had noted the caller had what he thought was an underlying Canadian or American accent.   On March 19, Mr Tingey contacted the victim's father and was told the applicant could not be his son.
When Barkan applied for the passport, he used the victim's birth certificate which had been applied for using the victim's mother's name.   She is no longer married to the victim's father and has lived in Britain for two years working with cerebral palsy victims.
This wheelchair-bound man's name was stolen. An Auckland family have told how their tetraplegic son's identity was stolen by a Israel Mossad secret agent who moved in just down the road. Zev Barkan, who has fled New Zealand and escaped the justice faced yesterday by his two co-accused spies, lived within 300m of the man in whose name he applied for a passport to assume a New Zealand identity.
This wheelchair-bound man's name was stolen.
When Internal Affairs informed the police about their suspicions, a covert operation began.   Detectives uncovered details of four people, their movements in and out of the country, where they stayed, cars they rented.   The police summary of facts lists the occupations of the three as unknown, but senior Government figures believe they are agents for Mossad, Israel's secret service.
Kelman and Cara claimed not to know each other or Barkan but police say inquiries reveal otherwise.   There were calls made between cellphones found in the possession of Kelman and Cara, and keys to a car rented by Barkan were found in Kelman's possession.
The defendants have claimed they met Barkan by chance and were merely good Samaritans helping someone.   They initially denied knowing there was anything illegal in what they or Barkan did.
Soon after beginning inquiries, police learned that Cara, particularly, was a regular visitor to New Zealand, having travelled here 24 times between October 2000 and March 2004.   He used two Israeli passports, the second a replacement.   Cara claimed to be a travel agent and to operate a Sydney travel agency.   But inquiries by the Herald indicate it does not exist — or if it does, it operates illegally.
Barkan appears to have come to New Zealand with the purpose of illegally obtaining a New Zealand passport using an assumed identity.   He first came here, according to the police summary of facts, in November 2003, travelling on a United States passport which identified him as an Israeli.
Later that month, Barkan visited a doctor's surgery in Lynfield, using the victim's name.
On December 3, Barkan left the country.   The next day Internal Affairs received an order for a birth certificate in the victim's name.   This was processed and the certificate sent to the Auckland post office box number supplied.
Barkan, Cara and Kelman all travelled in and out of New Zealand during December, apparently working on the passport scam.
In March, all three returned to New Zealand.   On March 6, Barkan rented an inner-city apartment on a short-term agreement in St Paul St.   Six days later he returned to the Lynfield doctor complaining of a minor ailment.   Barkan told GP Keith Way to witness his passport application, telling him it was needed urgently as he was soon to marry in Australia.   The doctor filled out the form.
On March 13 an urgent application for a passport was lodged with Internal Affairs in Wellington.   With it was a genuine birth certificate and a passport-sized photograph of Barkan.   Cara left New Zealand that day.   Barkan left a week later.
The man whose identity was stolen by the Israeli men has permanent name suppression.   His family has told the Herald that around November last year, Zev Barkan moved in about 300m down the road from where he was living.
In addition to the prison sentences, Cara and Kelman were today ordered to pay $50,000 to the Cerebral Palsy Society of New Zealand.
A police source told the Herald that officers were concerned the group might have used the scam to obtain other passports.

In the 21st century the loss of legal protections accelerated with the Bush administration's 'war on terror,' which continues under the Obama administration and is essentially a war on the Constitution and U.S. civil liberties.
The Bush regime was determined to vitiate habeas corpus in order to hold people indefinitely without bringing charges.
The regime had acquired hundreds of prisoners by paying a bounty for terrorists.
Humans for money
Afghan warlords and thugs responded to the financial incentive by grabbing unprotected people and selling them to the Americans.
The Bush regime needed to hold the prisoners without charges because it had no evidence against the people and did not want to admit that the U.S. government had stupidly paid warlords and thugs to kidnap innocent people.
In addition, the Bush regime needed "terrorists" prisoners in order to prove that there was a terrorist threat.
As there was no evidence against the 'detainees; (most have been released without charges after years of detention and abuse), the U.S. government needed a way around U.S. and international laws against torture in order that the government could produce evidence via self-incrimination.
The Bush regime found inhumane and totalitarian-minded lawyers and put them to work at the U.S. Department of Justice (sic) to invent arguments that the Bush regime did not need to obey the law.
The Bush regime created a new classification for its detainees that it used to justify denying legal protection and due process to the detainees.
As the detainees were not U.S. citizens and were demonized by the regime as 'the 760 most dangerous men on earth,' there was little public outcry over the regime's unconstitutional and inhumane actions.
As our Founding Fathers and a long list of scholars warned, once civil liberties are breached, they are breached for all.
Humans for prisons
Soon U.S. citizens were being held indefinitely in violation of their habeas corpus rights.
Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, an American citizen of Pakistani origin, might have been the first.
Dr. Siddiqui, a scientist educated at MIT and Brandeis University, was seized in Pakistan for no known reason, sent to Afghanistan, and was held secretly for five years in the U.S. military's notorious Bagram prison in Afghanistan.
Her three young children, one an 8-month-old baby, were with her at the time she was abducted.
She has no idea what has become of her two youngest children.
Her oldest child, 7 years old, was also incarcerated in Bagram and subjected to similar abuse and horrors.
Siddiqui has never been charged with any terrorism-related offense.
A British journalist, hearing her piercing screams as she was being tortured, disclosed her presence.

An embarrassed U.S. government responded to the disclosure by sending Siddiqui to the U.S. for trial on the trumped-up charge that while a captive, she grabbed a U.S. soldier's rifle and fired two shots attempting to shoot him.
The charge apparently originated as a U.S. soldier's excuse for shooting Dr. Siddiqui twice in the stomach resulting in her near death.
On Feb. 4, Dr. Siddiqui was convicted by a New York jury for attempted murder.
The only evidence presented against her was the charge itself and an unsubstantiated claim that she had once taken a pistol-firing course at an American firing range.
No evidence was presented of her fingerprints on the rifle that this frail and broken 100-pound woman had allegedly seized from an American soldier.
No evidence was presented that a weapon was fired, no bullets, no shell casings, no bullet holes. Just an accusation.
Trial took an unusual turn
Wikipedia has this to say about the trial:
"The trial took an unusual turn when an FBI official asserted that the fingerprints taken from the rifle, which was purportedly used by Aafia to shoot at the U.S. interrogators, did not match hers."
An ignorant and bigoted American jury convicted her for being a Muslim.
This is the kind of "justice" that always results when the state hypes fear and demonizes a group.

The people who should have been on trial are the people who abducted her, disappeared her young children, shipped her across international borders, violated her civil liberties, tortured her apparently for the fun of it, raped her, and attempted to murder her with two gunshots to her stomach.
Instead, the victim was put on trial and convicted.
This is the unmistakable hallmark of a police state. And this victim is an American citizen.
Anyone can be next.
Indeed, on Feb. 3 Dennis Blair, director of National Intelligence told the House Intelligence Committee that it was now "defined policy" that the U.S. government can murder its own citizens on the sole basis of someone in the government's judgment that an American is a threat.
No arrest, no trial, no conviction, just execution on suspicion of being a threat.
This shows how far the police state has advanced.
A presidential appointee in the Obama administration tells an important committee of Congress that the executive branch has decided that it can murder American citizens abroad if it thinks they are a threat.

I can hear readers saying the government might as well kill Americans abroad as it kills them at home — Waco, Ruby Ridge, the Black Panthers.
Most American people know their government is now nothing more than a police state, but they choose to do nothing.
It's a matter of fear
Yes, the U.S. government has murdered its citizens, but Dennis Blair's 'defined policy' is a bold new development.
The government, of course, denies that it intended to kill the Branch Davidians, Randy Weaver's wife and child, or the Black Panthers.
The government says that Waco was a terrible tragedy, an unintended result brought on by the Branch Davidians themselves.
The government says that Ruby Ridge was Randy Weaver's fault for not appearing in court on a day that had been miscommunicated to him.
The Black Panthers, the government says, were dangerous criminals who insisted on a shoot-out.
In no previous death of a U.S. citizen by the hands of the U.S. government has the government claimed the right to kill Americans without arrest, trial, and conviction of a capital crime.
In contrast, Dennis Blair has told the U.S. Congress that the executive branch has assumed the right to murder Americans who it deems a 'threat.'
What defines 'threat'?
Who will make the decision?
What it means is that the government will murder whomever it chooses.
There is no more complete or compelling evidence of a police state than the government announcing that it will murder its own citizens if it views them as a 'threat.'
Ironic, isn't it, that 'the war on terror' to make us safe ends in a police state with the government declaring the right to murder American citizens whom it regards as a threat

It's one of those numbers that's so unbelievable you have to actually think about it for a while....
Within the next 12 months, the U.S. Treasury will have to refinance $2 trillion in short-term debt.
And that's not counting any additional deficit spending, which is estimated to be around $1.5 trillion.
Put the two numbers together.
Then ask yourself, how in the world can the Treasury borrow $3.5 trillion in only one year?
That's an amount equal to nearly 30% of our entire GDP.

I received the following email, not unusual, most that come to me are in the same vein:
Its obvious that your "news" reports are slanderous and designed to hurt and target Americans. 
I wonder if you have even ever met an American soldier or been in the battlefield or do you just spread hate and lies?
My reply was returned as SPAM — presumably sending via POP from an identified IP, but relayed on to a TheWE server labeled it as unacceptable — such are the ways of the new order.
I decided to post my comments here:
In response I have to ask if you have been in a country occupied by an American, if you have been injured or killed by an American soldier.
I attack all Western power [and indeed all power, though concentrating mostly on the West because I am of the West] that invades and occupies other countries.
As to spreading hate and lies, in most instances I am merely showing photographs and articles written by fellow Westerners.
I am not Muslim, nor Christian, but a Shaman priest, and I am sad to get letters by people like you because it tells me in general how ignorant the populations of the West are as to what their governments are doing.
Then, many people choose not to know.
This lack of knowledge does not apply to each country's military of course; they must accept full responsibility for the killing and injuring and damage they do: structurally, environmentally, death and injury to all valued life.
I always try to reply to a first letter, seldom read the response, seldom respond to the response if read, for the purpose is not to engage in cross accusations or even debate.   That is pointless.   People in these occupied countries are hurt.   They die.   Loved ones morn.   A debate on the subject is insulting to them.
Sadly when an exploration is truly made of government, military, business, elite overt and covert operations there is no debate, only a profound sense of horror.
Nothing fictionalized in story production, on television, in film or print, ever comes close.
If you wish to respond to this response, let me suggest you spend your time more fruitfully in exploration of the site.   And exploration of other sites.   And read some other types of books than you are reading.   And turn off the television for good.   And turn of the radio news and commentary.   And cease reading controlled print media.   Stop looking at movies for they all bow to elite forces and propaganda.   Do this and your mind will then become a brilliance that it can be.

I went to see Avatar later in the evening — trying to find some phoniness in the script.
Incongruity was noted in having transmission of commands from the body of the marine, and those who later became resistance fighters, to the avatar bodies, when other military equipment experienced failure in transmission — but fiction usually needs some largess in interpretation.
Except from that example, all I could come up with was when the military guy screamed "terrorists," meaning the poor savages were terrorists.   It seemed out of place.   Perhaps on contemplation even such verbal gesticulation was not phony — in the sense of not genuine or real.   Perhaps millions of 'grunts' could swear they have heard such.
The issue here is WAR, of the US government and military engaged in constant WAR!

This picture was taken of a little girl as she walked down the ramp of a military vehicle called an A.P.C.   That stands for, Armored Personnel Carrier.
There were many of these weapons in my unit in Vietnam.   This picture was taken near the grounds of a high school in somewhere USA in 2002.
There were many other military vehicles there that day, along with a rock climbing structure for high school kids to show off their skills.
Ever unzip a body bag?   I have.   The American soldier was shot in the forehead.   It was a suicide.
Ever see an Americam soldier die after he took an M-16 and shot himself in the head?   I have.
Ever take a dead soldier off of a helicopter who was shot in the head?   I have.
Ever see a young Vietnamese girl take her last breath?   I have.
Ever see an American soldier with half his head gone, because he got too close to the recoil of an artillery gun?   I have.
Ever see an American soldier receive shock therapy after he got back from Vietnam?   I have.
Ever find yourself in a padded cell of a psychiatric hospital, screaming at the top of your lungs that you hate your government?   I have.
Ever hide in a closet and cry your heart out?   I have.
These are just some of the bits of reality that most veterans take to their graves.   Why?   Because the American people don't want to hear it.
"When you hide your limp, someone else has to do your limping."
That's the next generation.

But economic historians who have compared Mr. Bernanke’s writings to actual history have found that it is precisely his misunderstanding of the Depression that is leading him tragically to repeat it.
As a trickle-down apologist for high finance, Prof. Bernanke has drawn systematically wrong conclusions as to the causes of the Great Depression.
The ideological prejudice behind his view is of course what got him his job in the first place, for as numerous observers have quipped, a precondition for being hired as Fed Chairman is that one does not understand how the financial system actually works.

The type of killing now connected to the death squads began around early 2005, on the hands of the Iraqi police commandos.
But some important points worth mentioning here: that the first Iraqi interim government was (elected) in January 2005 and was heavily Shiite (Jafari government), that around that time the talk of the Salvador option in Iraq was being heard, and that the police commandos were formed, mainly of Shiite militias, especially Badr (the armed branch of the Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq) and the Mahdi Army (the Sadr Movement militia).
But does all this mean that the death squads are Shiite militias within the interior ministry forces?

The answer is: NO, not exactly.
I know that any Iraqi who has seen a death squads' operation (which is becoming a familiar day light phenomenon) would want to shoot me in the head for this answer; because a convoy of heavily armed men, masked, black-suited, in expensive modern cars and pick ups, calling Sunnis the worst of names, shooting in the air, calling for revenge, attacking individuals, shops, kidnapping people, beating them to death or shoving them in cars trunks, would not look like anything other than a sectarian militia.
But this is only part of the story.
Throughout 2005, thousands of young Sunni men were arrested (officially) by the Iraqi police commandos (a major arrests operation in Baghdad was in May 2005, given the name of “Lightning”, when hundreds were arrested).
Weeks later, some of their bodies were found in different places of Baghdad, or Iraq, mainly to the east. The names of the Wolf Brigades, the Ra'ad (thunder), the Nimr (Tiger), the Karrar (Imam Ali), the Imam Hussien, the Scorpion; Al-Borkan (volcano)...became familiar names of police commandos brigades (Maghaweer).
They are supposed to be counterinsurgency, intelligence based troops.
They were created, trained, armed, and directed by the American intelligence officers who are well known for serving in central and South America where death squads were a major part of the political scene.
The Maghaweer were so brutal, that one of the prominent Iraqi personalities, who publicly denounce the occupation, told us that the American prisons are more merciful than the Iraqi.
Those detainees told stories of the kinds of torture they were exposed to in the Iraqi Interior Ministry prisons.
In many ways, they were similar to the traces seen on the bodies found in the garbage or the sewage daily in Baghdad nowadays, connected to the death squads.
Holes drilled in the head, feet, lungs...etc are trade marks (they were well-known in the Iranian prisons).
Broken bones, smashed sculls, burnt or pealed skin, savage beatings, electric shocks, pulled out right eye, are familiar in both cases.

"High frequency trading accounts for 70% of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
Ordinarily, a buyer and a seller show up on the floor, and a specialist determines the price of a trade that would satisfy buyer and seller, and that's the market price.
If there are too many sellers and not enough buyers, the specialist lowers the price.
High frequency trading as conducted by Goldman means that before the specialist buys and sells and makes that market, Goldman will electronically flood the specialist with thousands and thousands of trades to totally disrupt that process and essentially commandeer that process, for the benefit of siphoning off nickels and dimes for themselves.
Not only are they siphoning cash from the New York Stock Exchange but they are also manipulating prices.
What I see as a possibility is that next week, if the bankers on Wall Street decide they don't want to be reformed in any way, they simply set the high frequency trading algorithm to sell, creating a huge negative bias for the direction of stocks.
It's a game of chicken, till Obama says, 'Okay, maybe we need to rethink this.'"

The London metal inventory is being totally depleted of gold bullion.
Fast approaching is the event of GAME OVER for London, a condition that has already reached critical level according to a key reliable source of information with London connections and direct experience there.
The paper gold market and the physical gold bullion market have finally separated in a practical manner, meaning actual gold has almost no role anymore in London paper contract settlement.
The absence of gold in London requires extraordinary tactics to settle contracts and to obtain gold bullion.
Intimidation and bribes accompany gold delivery demands.
They have almost zero gold, its supply having been drained in high volumes since early December, a process currently in acceleration.
The opportunity to convert fiat money into precious metal weight is closing, at least at prices considered reasonable.

The 25 year old, Clancy is Australia's Dylan Avery (of Loose Change fame).
The work was originally created to be viewed online, but Clancy is working on improving the resolution for larger screen and theatrical viewing.

After discovering 911 was an inside job, through such movies as Loose Change, Terrorstorm and Zeitgeist, I decided to investigate the Bali bombings.   The evidence was overwhelming.   There had been a cover-up.
As shocking as the truth may be, please keep an open mind while viewing this documentary.   FOOL ME TWICE is 100% sourced.   Please see reference list below.   I tried to produce a documentary as true to the genre as possible, limiting opinion and simply documenting the facts.

I, like most Americans, remember exactly where I was when I saw the attacks and had the overwhelming urge to take action.
I was shocked, outraged, scared and confused.
I called my Battalion Chief and asked if Seattle would be sending any teams to help.
I was a member of the MMST, and figured we would be needed and I wanted to know where to report.
Due to the nature of the incident we were not called up, and instead USAR teams, including Seattle's, were sent.
I first visited Ground Zero in October of 2001 with several firefighters from Seattle.
We went to pay our respect and show support.
We raised money for our brother firehouses and attended the funerals of our fallen Brothers.
I was deeply moved and humbled by the community support, the sheer enormity of the tragedy along with the courage and compassion of the FDNY "Brotherhood."
I vividly remember the anger, the intense desire for vengeance,the feelings of helplessness
Even though I listened to their stories for days, I cannot even begin to imagine the pain and tragedy they suffered on that day and the years to come.

I was relieved when the government identified the terrorists and satisfied that we were going to have a swift deliverance of "justice."
I've been a conservative my entire life; a registered Republican since I could vote.
I am a self proclaimed Patriot with George Washington as one of my all time heroes.
So when conspiracy theories quickly surfaced, and "Liberals" cried foul on the erosion of civil liberties, I chalked it up to their political beliefs and bitterness towards the Republican President.
I read many debunking articles — including Popular Mechanics — and watched many debunking videos including, Farenhype 9/11.
I was convinced that these "Liberals" were misinformed and were grasping at straws to discredit the "official" story.
Don't confuse me with the facts, I have my mind made up!
Like most people with strong opinions, instead of looking at all the facts, I was specifically looking for anything that supported my own beliefs.
As soon as I discovered any inaccuracy in a conspiracy claim, I wrote it off.
My father, a big city cop and Korean War veteran, loved to say, "don't confuse me with the facts, I have my mind made up!"
Well, I had my mind made up.
I told conspiracy theorists like my own Truck Officer, Lt. Earl Emerson, that they were insane if they thought anyone other than the terrorists did this.

The years went on and I was satisfied in my beliefs.
I even believed these "Wackos" that doubted the "official" story were distracting our country from focusing on the real threat of terrorism...
Fast forward to March of 2008.
A great friend of mine with a Business degree from West Point, as conservative and non-conspiratorial as they get, came over one night to talk about what he saw happening in the economy.
Began researching such things as economies, who is in control of currencies
He provided some disconcerting evidence that we as a nation are at risk of entering into another depression; he pointed out historical parallels where other countries, such as Germany, suffered economic collapse.
THAT was my eye opener.
I became obsessed researching things such as economies, who is in control of currencies, what causes depressions, who profits during war, etc.
So many things kept pointing to 9/11.
Another one of my dad's favorite quotes was, "believe half of what you see and none of what you hear."
So, I looked at both sides and quickly noticed a pattern.
On one side, the general media ignores some of the most compelling evidence that contradicts the "official" story...
When I voiced my new opinion and concerns most of my friends listened.

I think because they were shocked that a staunch Conservative could have such a major shift, or because they thought I had lost my mind and wanted to diagnose the cause.
Curiously, some became angry at my new questions and actually thought I was supporting Terrorists with my concerns.
Being a part of that same mindset myself only a few weeks ago, and then having a major shift in consciousness, really shook me to the core.
What has happened to our collective consciousness that we believe anyone who doubts the "official" story or what the government tells us is an enemy?
What has happened to us — are we not founded on Freedom of Speech and taught to check our Government?
Anyone who asks for the Truth is labeled a "Wacko" or "Terrorist Sympathizer?"
What has happened to us?

To be honest, I was asleep at the wheel, and relied on what I was being told by mainstream media.
The same media whose parent corporations, are some of the largest suppliers of weapons in this war.
Before this "awakening" I had no idea the extent of our civil liberties that had been eroded in the name of Terrorism.
I had never really wrapped my brain around what legalized torture means.
I had always claimed America was noble.
Just look at how we treated POW's during WWII and Vietnam compared to our enemies.

Amazing the rights we have all lost
It is amazing the rights we have all lost in the past couple of years and very little is covered by the U.S. media.
After discovering this, I applied the "common sense" test that my Grandfather always said wasn't so common.
Why would a government so aggressively suppress truth and blatantly destroy evidence if there was nothing to hide?
Why has every testimony from sworn government and military officials that points to "prior knowledge" been stricken from the 9/11 Commission Report?
How did paper business cards, cloth bandanas, and plastic ID's that implicate the terrorists survive so neatly through jet fueled fireballs hot enough to destroy titanium and steel?
I've seen bodies burned beyond recognition, yet I have never found one that was wearing unburned clothing.
These questions alone are enough to make me risk everything for a real investigation and accounting...
When I truly realized the enormity of the effect 9/11 has had on our Rights, our Economy, our Beliefs, our Fears, our Intolerances and our Government — I felt fear, then anger, then the need to take action.
Bill Chickering said it best:

When I realized the extent of the force and attitudes working to silence those who peacefully ask questions, demand answers, and seek truth, it became clear to me that our Country is in serious trouble and I must now stand alongside those Patriots who seek Truth and Constitutional Restoration.
